  I called Superior Water & Air to come check out my water softener, which hadn’t been working properly for some time. I had attempted to fix it myself using their DIY videos on YouTube, but got to the limit of my expertise and abilities. I was able to get an appointment booked within a few days.
  
  The technician, Mike, was prompt and on time. He called ahead to notify me he was en route. Once he arrived, he got right to work. He was incredibly knowledgeable and able to diagnose the problem quickly. He did a great job explaining what was wrong, how he was fixing it, and offered some helpful advice about how to maximize my unit’s operation.
  
  I was very pleased with the experience and the cost was very reasonable also. Thank you, Mike and Superior, for the excellent service.
