  I'm new to Boise and when I had trouble with the operation of my heater and heat pump, my daughter who lives here, said call Western H&C, everybody uses them. They are the first place people think of and call for service and installs. So, I called, and Dan was able to come out a day later. He was friendly and quite knowledgeable in HVAC systems and science, so much so, that once I asked "why" then he went into the technical theory. I appreciate the help he gave me and his wealth of information he passed to me during the process of evaluating my heating issue. The price was well under $100, which I find quite reasonable.
